Pre-Onboarding To Do List:
Our onboarding process is very thorough and we are going to be asking a lot of you. You are UNABLE to save progress and come back to it later, so please be sure to read this in full and complete all 5- steps prior to beginning onboarding.
Onboarding may take approximately 20-30 minutes.

You will need the following online presence:
A Facebook BUSINESS page (Not personal).
An Instagram business page that is LINKED to your Facebook.
How to Set Up and Link Your Facebook & Instagram Business Pages
Create a Facebook Business Page.
Log in to your personal Facebook account. Click the menu (three horizontal lines) and select Pages. Click Create New Page, then enter your business name, category, and description. Add your profile picture, cover photo, and business details like contact info and hours. Click Create Page to publish.
Switch Your Instagram Account to a Business Account.
Open Instagram and go to your profile. Tap the menu (three lines) and select Settings & Privacy > Professional Account. Select Switch to Professional Account and follow the prompts. Choose a category and link to your Facebook Page when prompted.
Link Your Facebook and Instagram Pages
On Facebook: Go to your business page settings > Linked Accounts > Instagram, and log in to your Instagram account.
On Instagram: Go to Settings & Privacy > Linked Accounts > Facebook and log in.
*Retain your logins/passwords somewhere safe, we will need to connect them later

A Google My Business Page
How to Create a Google My Business Page
Go to Google My Business
Visit https://www.google.com/business/ and sign in with your Google account. Enter Your Business Information
Click Manage Now and search for your business name. If your business doesn’t appear, select "Add Your Business to Google" and enter your business name and category.

Access to your DNS records if you are going to use an existing domain. Make sure you can log in and access these settings. We will need to manually add records to them later.
If we are setting up a domain for you- you can skip this step 🎉

Create a Deposyt account to process credit card payments in your back office (Deposits, Gift certificates, Online product sales, etc)

Click "Get Processing Now" button to schedule your call.
If your application asks for your software used you can enter "High Level"
